Method
Four stages, one decision gate at each

Mandate
We establish who holds the authority, what is being convened and why, and what success is measured in. Nothing is designed and no partner is approached until the mandate is written and signed. This is the stage most events skip, and it is the stage that determines whether the rest holds together.

Architecture
Programme, floor, sponsorship structure and budget are designed together rather than sequentially, because each constrains the others. Sponsorship benefits are tested against the venue before they are printed. The output is a costed plan the principal can approve in one sitting.

Delivery
Exhibitor and sponsor recruitment, delegate and protocol operations, communications, and the build. Weekly written reporting to the principal throughout — whether or not the news is good.

Record
Every event leaves an asset or it leaves nothing. Participation figures, sponsor acknowledgement, photography and a written account, handed to the client as their own property for use long after the doors close.

We do not subcontract the parts that matter.
Technology and documentation are delivered by named partners who carry their own accountability and their own public record, rather than by anonymous suppliers. Clients can inspect their work before we commission it.
